da photos

i'm so behind in telling you many things. first, breakfast tacos. it's a 'thing' here and i do love it. also, the humidity has made my joints swell. i don't love that. 

when we last left off i was trying to tell you about the 'wings' i bought while i was at the tea house. they are up there. hung. real bird feathers. 

anyway, i had an inspirational moment and wanted to photograph a subject with the wings.

cody! it was great fun trying to get him to accept the wings and get everyone to cooperate.

cody, he has short legs. he's all buff and manly up top but, short legs. he makes me giggle every time i see him. he does this thing where he leaps from the back porch and flies into the yard. there was no catching that. without some made photoshop skillz. which, remember, are dormant.

but we continued on.

i took so many photos. this photo captures everything i love about each one of them as individuals, as a couple and as a family.

that, i think, catches us up from memorial day weekend.
