blogging a little later. my space isn't 100% but it is far enough along that i need to switch gears and start actively pursuing employment. fun stuff.
yesterday's laundry still drying - nice, eh?
today was my first delivery of:
Hello Fresh!
recipe guide, etc
the vegetable layer
ice packs over the meats
3 meals per week for 2 people. that's six meals for me. they send you everything except, salt, pepper and cooking oil. yep, everything else. this week: chopped chicken salad, tomato-garlic ragu, pan-seared pork. i already have the next two weeks choices made. this is part of my goal to eat better. yes, i could eat "cheaper" but not by much.
another nice thing i noticed was that they have a complete system for recycling everything that ships in the box. obviously the cardboard - but they suggested defrosting the ice packs, watering the plants with the water and then recycling the plastic. there's also this wool inside of their insulation packing. after gathering a few weeks' worth of the insulation i can mail a box back to them for another use. pretty smart thinking there.
also, the whole foods market takes recycling. yeah! i'm sorting some items at this time.
wish me luck on the job hunt
blog ya later

Oooh, I look forward to hearing how Hello Fresh works out for you. I just placed an order for one meal locally prepared I'll get Thursday.
