did you enjoy meeting grace? i think i will have her post on a regular basis.

with all the fun times of my regular life...i am considering going back to school. I KNOW! but the chicklins are out on their own, i am a single woman and i currently do not have an significant other.

i have begun collecting my transcripts and i will have the pleasure of completing a FASFA application. fortunately, i have years of experience assisting said chicklins. what is interesting is, if you already know you make too much money to receive a grant (free money) then why do they make you do this? that is irksome.

also, we did not pay for any college for offspring. but, FASFA demands that the criteria of a student's ability to pay or not pay for college is based on the parents income. until you are 24. this is stupid.

new day. sometimes i can't concentrate, or i don't have the time to collect my thoughts into a coherent manner. and, as you know my writing can be all over the place, it is not good to start out mixed up to begin with.

i just wrote three paragraphs and erased them. i'm not ready to share that with you.

noise cancelling headphones. i am a fan. i think i will be getting a pair of earbuds for the office. i want to be able to plug them into anything. and, possibly, a pair of wireless. those are for devices that have blue tooth. phone and ipad. i think tv as well - as long as your tv is new enough to have blue tooth.

do you think if blue tooth head phones were created, say, 50 years ago, would there have been less family/marital fighting or more? i'm pretty sensitive to noise and i can become agitated when the noise escalates. you should see me at work. i'll close my office door, turn on my earbuds as high as i can without damaging my ears -- and there are only 4 people who work here on a regular basis. they are just loud talkers to begin with and when there is a heated conversation...whew...and let's not forget that the rule of not shouting across the (house) office...does not pertain to this place.

even right now i have my ear phones on and there's some bru ha ha going on in the kitchen.

i would also put good money on the 'fact' that our world/environment has become noisier.
