oh sleep where art thou?

random things.

my insomnia is trying to kick my arse. i was awake at 2 am this morning. 2 AM.

this may be an issue this afternoon. just saying. insomnia related issues started with the time change and have not settled down. my doctor says there are 'many planets out of alignment' and many of her patients have been having sleep issues for three weeks. nice. a planet full of under slept cranky people.

i'm making strides on my forgiveness list. it's sort of like a christmas list. to me.

did i tell you that i did not win the power ball? bummed.

i am jonesing real bad for a kindle fire 4g. bad.

the tree still isn't decorated.

how in the sam hill does yogurt give you heart burn? i do not understand this but i'm done with yogurt.

oh. and jenny lawson won best humor on good reads. i TOLD you that book was funny.

  1. The yogurt giving you heart burn-look to see if it had corn syrup or some other filler type ingredient like corn starch.
    For rest, I have been using a supplement called Mid-Nite made from Melatonin, lavender, lemon balm, and chamomile. It's really good! You can buy it on DrugStore.com or you may be able to find it at your local drug store. I deal with a closed head injury that messed with my sleep patterns, so I've tried just about everything. Another thing you may want to look for is some of the brainwave CD's(or downloads) from Dr. Jeffery Thompson-I use them every night! And I didn't win the Powerball either-bummed is what I am over that! ;-) Hope you are able to get some rest soon! I don't remember if I've commented here before, but I came from The Pie and I read your site often.
