the top photo is the layout of my new digs. i want to do something between the living space and the sleeping space - but at this moment i can't figure out how large the opening is.
based upon the bird theme i showed you in another post, are you really surprised to see the other photo?
i also want to say - that there's really nothing new about saving space, getting organized, etc. every once in awhile i see a new product but pretty much it's all how to store up, under or more compact. living with less - not so new but more 'hip'. still, for me, the best change has been marie kindo. if it does not spark joy then i don't bring it home. period.

These plans are never to scale.....Does this mean you keep your bed made? Folding screens are fun to redo with fun fabric, paint, paper, etc.
