Recap

For those of you who don't know - I'm friends with Annie from annieology.com. We've been through alot in three years. She's celebrating her divorce (because how do you really celebrate a situation where someone no longer wants you and buys you off to leave?) by traveling the united states on a epic couch tour. So far I have been couch visited twice -- and I may have a third turn.

This time she came to our state to be in a running video. Because she's a runner. A barefoot runner at that. Oh, and life coach. She's good. Hire her. Anyway, I was just suppose to go and support (watch) the filming of the video but at last minute I was asked to be an extra. Apparently, they thought I ran. ha!

Here we are after hours of filming and running on hard cement. My body is still telling me about it.

And I can't put the video on my blog because something stupid about blogger, youtube and vimeo all not being friends - but here is the link. Running is Fun 2  Annie is running in the hot pink dress. I've got one small shot - I'm running down the stairs wearing the hot pink tshirt.

Seeing as Annie had stayed with a Vegan for 24 hours it was time to load up on the favorite protein. Red meat. Off to Ted Montana's downtown.

Extra universe surprise was a "Chalk Art:" show right out there on that street. 

Then it was off to see the local Roller Derby team kick Kansas's hiney all the way back to where they belonged. I mean, seriously, almost 100 point lead for the entire game. Go home team!

And! Nothing like watching women be all assertive while chandeliers set them mood!

Anyway. By the end of Saturday night I was happy, full and in pain. I said goodbye to Annie on Sunday morning and spent the remainder of Sunday recharging.
