i'm soaking in the feeling that there is soundness...a solid place..i can stand. i can think about what has happened over the past 2 years and hatred, anger, bitterness don't rise to the top. sadness, yes. loss, yes. but it's settling.
knowing that these moments come and go i will hold it lightly and drink it deep
