I did not, and I'm not sure that I will not get any artwork done this evening. So one of my promises was to show you the architect I observed on my last bike ride. (I need to be getting out every day as the big city does not promise many days of summer weather).
In this photo I loved the contemporary right next to not contemporary. Also? the next photo shows you the view of the balcony AND the high scraper behind it.

I can't always remember why I took a photo. Most likely because I loved the entrance area. The part past the gate before you get to the front door. And then those bay windows!?! Mercy.
I thought this was interesting as the peak of the building has nothing to do with the inside of the building. Just a pretty peak....uh...for?

And for this one - just all these buildings built together that all have different personalities.
Don't get me wrong. I love where I live. But I love all of this stuff. I want to see inside. You know what? Maybe I need to create an alternate persona (hahahahaha) and go to open houses and such. No commitment but getting to see what it REALLY looks like inside.
