Mercy me

It took me quite some time last night to get this blog in some manner of shape. So getting back into scrapbooking. The first project is my child, his wife, and my granddaughter's visit to my dad's house earlier this year. I'm so happy they went. He really got all choked up when we left the day after Father's day in 2019. That's the day he and I left for the big city.

Here's a photo of Father's Day. We ate at the Olive Garden as it is my dad's most favorite place, with maybe the exception of Benihana's, to eat. I was barely holding it in as I was leaving my two babies, and dad wasn't doing much better, that we completely forgot to add son's wife to the photos. Something I very much regret to this day. Circling back. The mini family went to see the grandpeeps and I'm trying to get all the photos finished AND printed so I will be ready to take them with me. That's right, folks! We will be having a family reunion at the grandpeeps house. My daughter and I have not seen the mini family for quite sometime. I guess I haven't seen my dad since that photo. We talk every week but that's just not the same. But, yes, family reunion in less than a month. I'm making sure there will be plenty of photos.

Speaking of - I didn't show you this yet because I received some advice on changing some things up.

Still have a few to go but at least it's keeping me busy, I enjoy it. and I'm staying out of trouble. Yes, at my lovely age I still get in trouble. I just DON'T TELL YOU ABOUT IT. lol.

Here are some random photos for you. This is me following my dad who is driving the moving truck. My dad can drive for HOURS.

First random road trip was to the town in which Ground Hog's Day (the movie) was filmed. Love that move. What a hoot.

When I had an office, here is the first award I won. Didn't realize then that these don't come easy.

Hey! Second day in a row. Let's see if it sticks. If you're here you were invited. Or accidentally stumbled here. Be kind.
