jack

well my weekend ended up being more exciting than i thought.

yes, i got my hair "done" as well as the toes and nails. here's the thing. getting my hair done is not a luxury. it is a must. i don't like paying what i pay in this high cost of living town to get my hair done but i've tried cheaper hair dressers and yeah...you get what you pay for 'round here. so i budget for my hair.

the nails and toes are sorta a must. sorta.

anyway. side trail over.

i hung out with jack a lot this weekend. and yes, that is his blog name, jack. as in jack lambert. whatever *insert eye roll* about the football thing but 'jack' works.

he was on call this weekend so we hung out in and around him being on call. easy stuff. pizza, movies, wine, hot tub...it was nice.

i'm quizzical about jack. and i've told him. i feel 'domesticated' around him. lawdy i've cooked MANY times in the past week. just cuz. in which i thought i would never have the urge to EVER cook again. i've stopped telling him that this is the blah blah time i've cooked for a man since the ex walked out. his ever ready smart answer is "you told me that the first time".

oh. and we are the same astrology sign. not that i read my horoscope but i've read enough about people being born during the same season of stars and such -- and you just can't get around how accurate the description of that person is.

anyway. both capricorns. which is basically a hot mess or really really good.

we shall see.
