When you're depressed you automatically do everything you're not suppose to.
Under sleep or over sleep
Eat/drink high carbohydrates
Withdraw
Hide
Avoid people
Stay home
Listen or watch sad movies/songs
Another thing about being depressed is not being able to clarify if you're exhausted and need to be recharged or of you're depressed. Many, if not all, things become black and white. Always never. Everything nothing.
The cure for depression includes
Exercise
Lots of water
Eating right
Getting sunshine
Connecting with people
Listening or watching uplifting songs/movies
When you're depressed and alone, meaning that you don't naturally have someone who shows up in your life, all of these things seem insurmountable. Or at the very least un tasteful. Not easy. Back to the loop.
